Big Stuff, Small post.

So, things haven't been going the best. Or they've been going great, depending on what you focus on. Either way, I don't really want to talk about things extensivly, so I'll just go by way of the short list.

1) I have my B. A. (lib).
2) Nathan and I broke up, but we're going to re-evaluate things in August and see where we are
3)I got "promoted" to dry Weigh up, so I make another dollar an hour (until after my probation)
4) I'm constantly exhausted, and feel ill all the time.
5) my shoulder is going agin, and my muscles are all pretty angry at me.
6) I'm once again having doubts about going to Canadore. Or, rather, going back to North Bay. I'm not sure if it's worth it. Not the education part, but... I don't know... the "does this really do anything for me" part. I'm sure, like all things, this too will pass.

That's it.

Why do you REALLY not want to come back to NB? Is it because you're home and you're enjoying it there? Do you really dislike NB, even with all of us (your NB friends) there? What is it?

And education does stuff for you... really.

Anyways, if you ever need to talk, you know where to reach me kiddo.

Thinkin' of ya... and I hope everything gets better for you soon!

BTW - Book Club

We can start one for July if you'd like.

What we do is choose a book and we have a month to read it. Then, we come back and ask seminar-type questions to each other to create a discussion.

So, if you're interested, pick a book... I've been reading my school books as of late, so I'd love it if we could work with something from that. ;)

I'm not sure about Canadore because I have 3 very influential people in my life convinced that I'll never get a job with the education I have. Mom has been franticly searching the Workopolis-type sites because Dad's certain that paying for me to go to school again is pointless (and yet he doesn't want me to take OSAP...), so she's been seeing a whole bunch of postings asking for people with M.S.W's (or at least B.S.W's), and a lot of RN's with mental health training, but nothing for people with Social Service Work training, or for specific Addiction and mental health training. So she's asking a lot of questions that I don't have answers for that are making me think that everyone would be a lot happier if I just lived at home and went to Western and got my BSW (which is EXACTLY what my sister is doing).

*sigh*
