Sparky's Mom's healthy Mix!

This made me a big bowlfull of healthy, cheap, snack-worthy trail-mix-esque goodness. Everything can be picked up at your local Bulk Barn:

Rasins
Salted Nuts (I have almond, walnuts, brazilnuts and cashews and honey roasted peanuts)
sunflower seeds

So... yeah. Toss em all in, as much as you like of each, and when you're not munching, toss em into a tupperware container. Rasins are aparently high in Iron, which I need (and most women do), sunflower seeds have all sorts of oils that make my coat glossy, almonds have vitamins and other good stuff. walnuts are suppose to ward of disease and tiredness, and honey roasted peanuts ROXXOR MI SOXXORS!!!
