They're all sleeping on my bed right now. Jerks. :)
Anyways, so I got my Schedule for the year. Here's what it is for now... If things work out, I may be able to pick up some other courses to fill in gaps here and there.
Monday:
8:30am-11:30am - SSW225: Methods: Intervention
Tuesday
3:30pm-4:30pm - HSP290-3: Crisis Intervention (suprisingly, NOT the same as Methods!)
Wednesday: OFF!
Thursday:
8:30am-10:30am - HSP290-3: Crisis Intervention
12:30pm-2:30pm - SSW205: Methods: Administration
Friday:
8:30am-11:30am - SSW238: Methods: Family Violence and Abuse
1:30pm-2:30pm - SSW294: Community Placement Integration II
So that's it until December 14th, when everything blows up and goes crazy... 3 weeks of workshops then placement. Woot!
Though, it wouldn't be and Epic post if there wasn't drama... And there was. Oh, was there ever.
Remember back when I was taking Com Org? and there was that guy who got drunk and told the bar tender to F- off at our fundraiser? The same guy who cornered me in the hall and screamed at me for 10 minutes about not listening to him? The same guy who got escorted off campus and had a tresspass order put on him after he accosted the wonderful Jude James?
He's back.
He's in my classes.
Well, I had a bit of a *spoink* moment, and asked Jude about it. She told me, flat out, to go to the Dean because she had gone over Jude's head for this. So Sam and I went to the Dean, a lovely lady named Mary-Lou, and expressed our concerns. This guy is a loose cannon, and I know things about him that make me afraid to be in classes with him, especially given the emotional nature of some of the things we're going to be covering.
We spoke to Mary-Lou, who re-assured us that faculty, security and student services are all aware that there has been a problem. Mary-Lou believes that between the community and the college, there are enough supports in place for him to be able to succeed in this program without further incident. She told us that he has been warned that one more incident will have him gone, no second chances.
As soon as I left, I grabbed a copy of Canadore's Policy on Protecting Human Rights in Support of a Respectful College Community and highlighted section 4. "Poisoned Environment". Just in case.
So, while the idiots sleep, I'll be cleaning. I'm keeping the place pretty damned tidy for the amount of running around they do. I'd be lost without the Swiffer Sweeper I got myself... Thank god it picks up kitty litter.
Tonight, I have the first SoS meeting from 4pm on. Adam's MSN name is "good god, shoot me now!!!", and when I asked, he said I'd find out tonight. I asked him if I should take a Gravol first to make me mellow, and he said I'd need my head clear. Oh, this ain't gonna be good. I'll update later.
Tomorrow I'm heading to the school stupidly-early (seriously!!) to beat the line for OSAP and to go see Judy about transfers. Then I have a Vet's appointment for Rusty and Pickles at 2pm. Thursday I have class all morning, a Dr's appointment at 4:15, and a Red Cross meeting at 6pm. Friday is the Future Shop Job Fair.
I think that's it for now. I should update more often so my posts aren't as long. And so my hands don't hurt so much after.
:)

Uh oh . . . If Adam is this stressed already, I don't even want to think what he'll me like as the year goes on. This has to be the LEAST stressful time for SOS. Girl needs to chillax. ;)
PS: I had a friend ask this morning where the funds were going from my play, as in what charity or organization was SOS splitting the profits with. And I don't know. Any ideas?
But my favourite part of your entire life is the drama!
If that guy causes any trouble, I'll get a tiger to eat him.
